As a result of its lack of success in other countries, especially in African countries, including: the Arab Republic of Egypt, as a result of its exposure to many challenges and obstacles, the most important of which are: weak infrastructure networks, the absence of a follow-up, monitoring and development role, in addition to the absence of economic feasibility studies.
